About

Lighting control for buildings that already exist.

Most smart lighting assumes a new building, a new wiring plan, or a wireless signal strong enough to reach every fixture. Most buildings are none of those things. zPLC sends the control signal down the wire that already powers the light, so an existing building can have dimming, colour temperature control and voice control without opening a wall.

The technology

Power line carrier.

Power line carrier is long-proven in utility and industrial use. zPLC applies it to lighting control at the fixture level, so the switch and the bulbs talk to each other over the existing circuit. One zPLC switch connects the circuit to Matter and the major smart home platforms.
