Warranty period
Every zPLC switch has a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, when the switch is installed and used as intended.
What is not covered
Damage from installation that does not follow local electrical code, misuse or modification, power surges, lightning, water or fire, and normal wear.
What we do
If your switch is covered, we replace it. We do not ask you to wait: we send the replacement first, along with a prepaid return label.
Returns
You have 30 days to return the original switch after we send the replacement. Fill out the return form to start.
Making a claim
Fill out the return form or email info@zplc.io. Please include where you bought the switch, the purchase date, your order or receipt number and the barcode number from the bottom of the box.
Installation
Installation should be done by a licensed electrician and must follow local electrical code.
Other rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by province or state.
